How much will the web design services cost me?
We provide two options for web design services:
The first is a Web Design Package for you to choose from at a fixed rate. This option has pre-defined deliverables (i.e. number of pages, number of components such as calendar etc.) Unlike Build-Your_Own & Hosting web service companies, our packages still provide one-on-one customized service in the packages.
The second is our hourly Web Design Services. This allows for web development customization and flexibility. We provide detailed proposal and planning documents that define the scope of the project, deliverables and each estimate line items. We consistently remain within budget and within scope on all our projects.
How long will it take for my website to be completed?
With all of our projects we prepare a Schedule of Deliverables or Milestone Schedule. A basic 5-10 page website, with web-ready images and information content provided generally takes 3-6 weeks depending on customization variables (eg. implementing Search Engine Optimized content, making changes to style guides or components etc.)
What do you charge to maintain my website?
For our clients, we offer flat-rate monthly hosting packages and web design service retainer agreements.
At a significantly reduced rate, our basic packages provide 1 hour support with hosting for $59.99 and 2 hours of web design and development with hosting for a cost of $89.99. This includes everything required to maintain your website. For example: information updates, image preparation and upload, calendar updates, changes or additions to components etc.
Maintaining an online shopping cart can be time consuming and hiring an employee to maintain it may be cost-prohibitive. Our eCommerce Shopping Cart Solutions come with the option to negotiate monthly retainers to run your online store. This includes: Tracking orders, responding in questions, updating content and product images, providing technical support.
For our clients with dedicated hosting requirements, long with the monthly maintenance web design services we also offer contracts to maintain security and regulatory requirements.
Can I contact any of your former clients for a referral?
Yes. Most of our business is referral based. Our clients & affiliates graciously provide testimonials and allow prospective clients to contact them for referrals. We keep our referral list current and happily provide you with the information when requested.
Have you done work in our industry?
Our body of work goes back to the mid-1990's. In an effort not to overwhelm the visitor and to demonstrate our current style and methods, we highlight only the most recent or featured work in our portfolio. But if you would like to see industry specific work, we have experience in a multitude of fields, from industrial to retail, small local companies to multinational corporations, individuals to organizations and we will be happy to review our archives and produced samples as well as project overviews for you.
Do I own my website?
It is important to protect investments and mitigate risk. Bozarts Service Contracts are Work-for-Hire and the content is entirely yours. But if for example, you hire an in-house staff to manage and develop your website and need access to the code we would recommend an open-source solution. There are two options for the Content Management System (CMS) : we can build a custom web framework or offer an open-source framework. A custom CMS framework relies on our proprietary code and cannot be utilized or developed upon outside our company. An open-source, such as Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress, means that the code is available for anyone to read. It is also means that your in-house team or external web developers are writing for this framework and can build on your website. Many of our clients prefer our custom solutions as we build long-term relationships and they may rely on our strengths, expertise and ease-of-use of our products. We recommend the right solution for the job.

A successful website depends on professional design, intuitive usability, easy to self maintain, but most importantly it can be found. We provide full life-cycle web solutions from inception (researching domain names, Domain Registration, hosting) to planning and successful completion (web launch with SEO content and internet marketing and sales strategies such as PPC, inbound and social media marketing.)
